Referral Bonus Structure

1. Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist:

   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the 90-day probationary period.
   • Conditions: The referring employee must be employed at the time of payout.

2. Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager, Lead Data Scientist:
