Below, we provide details on the referral bonus structure, with a focus on tech and product roles, as well as an overview of other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Finance, HR, and Operations:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months of employment.

• Administrative and Support Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • Full amount paid upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 3 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: All current TPL employees, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referred Candidate Eligibility: Must not be a former employee of TPL within the last 12 months and must successfully pass all stages of the recruitment process.

Program Guidelines

1. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal or emailed to the HR department before the candidate applies for the job.
2. Candidate Application: The referred candidate must mention the referrer’s name during their application process.
