Terreno Realty recognizes the importance of referrals in building a strong and skilled team. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our employees to refer top talent, particularly in the technology and product sectors. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, including estimates and guidelines.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Finance Analyst: $2,000
• Human Resources Manager: $2,500

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time Terreno Realty employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Exceptions include HR department employees and hiring managers for the position in question.

2. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal.
   • Ensure that the referred candidate mentions the referring employee’s name during the application process.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
     • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
     • Remaining 50% after six months of the candidate's employment.
   • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must be new to Terreno Realty (not previously applied or interviewed).
   • Candidates must be hired for full-time positions.

5. Timeframe:

   • Bonuses are applicable for referrals made within the fiscal year.
   • The program is subject to review and may change based on company policy updates.
