  • Payment Timeline: Bonus is paid out within 30 days after the candidate's probation period ends.

• Eligibility: Similar to tech roles, the referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

• Eligible Employees: All full-time employees of Terns Pharmaceuticals are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring decision for the position.
