Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus structure, with a focus on tech and product roles, as well as other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Engineering (Non-Software) and Design Roles:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Bonus is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
• Sales, Marketing, and Operations Roles:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded following the successful completion of the new hire's first 90 days.

General Guidelines

• Eligibility for Employees: All current full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program except for those directly involved in the hiring decision of the referred candidate.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to Terex and not have applied within the last 12 months.
• Payout Schedule: Referral bonuses are typically processed and paid in the payroll cycle following the 90-day employment milestone of the new hire.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal or by contacting the HR recruitment team.
2. Track Referral: Employees can track the status of their referrals via the portal and will be notified of any updates.
3. Receive Bonus: Once the candidate completes their 90-day employment period, the referring employee will receive their bonus in the next payroll cycle.
