To incentivize and reward our employees for referring top talent, we have implemented a comprehensive referral bonus program. Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonuses available for different roles within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineer / Developer:
    • Referral Bonus: $5,000
    • Breakdown: $2,500 after 3 months of employment, $2,500 after 6 months.
  • Data Scientist:
    • Referral Bonus: $5,000
    • Breakdown: $2,500 after 3 months of employment, $2,500 after 6 months.
  • Product Manager:
    • Referral Bonus: $6,000
    • Breakdown: $3,000 after 3 months of employment, $3,000 after 6 months.
  • UI/UX Designer:
