Referral Bonus Structure

- Software Engineer: $5,000

Eligibility Criteria

Referrer Eligibility: All active full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and part-time employees are not eligible.

Referral Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to Terasense in the past 12 months or have been referred by another employee within the same period.

Successful Hire: The bonus is paid out only if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a 90-day probationary period.
Referral Process

Submission: Employees must submit the referral through the official referral portal on the Terasense intranet, ensuring all candidate details are filled out accurately.

Acknowledgment: HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral within 2 business days.
