Terasense Referral Bonus Program

At Terasense, we believe that great talent knows great talent. To strengthen our team, we encourage our employees to refer skilled professionals who can contribute to our mission. Below, we outline the details of our referral bonus program, focusing on tech and product roles, but also touching on other roles available within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• HR Manager: $3,000
• Customer Support Representative: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: All active full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and part-time employees are not eligible.

2. Referral Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to Terasense in the past 12 months or have been referred by another employee within the same period.

3. Successful Hire: The bonus is paid out only if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a 90-day probationary period.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit the referral through the official referral portal on the Terasense intranet, ensuring all candidate details are filled out accurately.

2. Acknowledgment: HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral within 2 business days.

3. Interview Process: The referred candidate will undergo the standard recruitment process, including interviews and assessments as applicable to the role.

4. Notification: Once a decision is made, both the referred candidate and the referrer will be notified of the outcome
