Eligibility Criteria

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our official referral portal, complete with the candidate's resume and contact information.

2. Employment Status: The referred candidate must not have applied to Tempus AI within the last 12 months.

3. Successful Hiring: The referral bonus is paid once the referred candidate has completed 90 days of continuous employment with Tempus AI.
