  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

• UX/UI Designers, IT Project Managers, System Analysts

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,250 after 3 months.
    • $1,250 after 12 months.
