Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $1,750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • $1,750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $2,250 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • $2,250 after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

1. Sales Executive

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
