Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Telesis Bio are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Telesis Bio referral portal, including a resume and a brief description of the candidate's qualifications.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $6,000
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UI/UX Designer: $4,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $4,000
• Marketing Specialist: $3,500
• HR Manager: $3,000
• Finance Analyst: $3,500

Bonus Payout

• Timing: Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
• Payment Method: All bonuses are paid through the standard payroll system and are subject to applicable taxes.

Successful Referral Criteria

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must:

1. Be hired for a full-time position.
2. Complete a minimum of 6 months of employment at Telesis Bio.
3. Not be a current or former employee of Telesis Bio
