Program Overview
- Eligibility: All full-time employees of Telesis Bio are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Telesis Bio referral portal, including a resume and a brief description of the candidate's qualifications.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $6,000
- Data Scientist: $5,500
- UI/UX Designer: $4,500
- DevOps Engineer: $5,000
Other Roles

Bonus Payout
