Referral Bonus Structure

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000

Payout Schedule

• 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
• The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee reaches their 6-month anniversary.
