Given the competitive nature and the importance of these roles, Tela Powered Services LLC offers a substantial referral bonus for successful hires in the following categories:

• Software Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

• Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

• UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.
