Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us bring in qualified candidates, particularly in our tech and product roles, which are critical to our mission.

Program Highlights

• Eligibility: All full-time TekSynap employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Software Engineer: $3,000
    • Product Manager: $3,500
    • Data Scientist: $3,000
    • UX/UI Designer: $2,500
  • Other Roles:
    • Sales Executive: $2,000
    • Marketing Specialist: $1,500
    • Administrative Positions: $1,000
• Bonus Payment Structure: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the new hire's first 90 days.
  • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months with the company.

Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official Referral Program portal, ensuring the candidate mentions the referrer on their application.
2. Consideration: All referred candidates will be reviewed and considered for applicable roles. If hired, the referring employee will be eligible for the bonus.
3. Eligibility for Payment: The referring employee must be actively employed at TekSynap at the time of bonus payout.

Terms and Conditions

• The referral must be a new introduction to TekSynap; candidates already in the recruitment process are not eligible.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reported as income.
• TekSynap reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Bonus Program at any time.
