Referral Bonus Details

Tech / Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, and other related roles.
• Bonus Amount: $3,000 per successful referral.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Administrative staff, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.
• Bonus Amount: $1,500 per successful referral.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Program Conditions

• Eligibility: All Tejon Ranch employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied within the past 12 months or be active candidates in our recruitment database.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral submission portal, ensuring the candidate's consent is obtained.
• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only awarded for successful hires who meet the tenure requirements.
