Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
Our focus on innovation and technology requires the best talent in the industry. Therefore, we offer substantial referral bonuses for successful referrals in the following roles:
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,500
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000
- DevOps Engineer: $5,000
Other Roles
While our primary focus is on tech and product positions, we also seek exceptional talent in other areas. The referral bonuses for these roles are as follows:
- Clinical Research Associate: $3,000
- Marketing Specialist: $2,500
- Sales Executive: $3,500
- Quality Assurance Analyst: $3,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Referring Employee: Must be an active employee of Tectonic Therapeutic at the time the bonus is paid.
- Referred Candidate: Must be a new candidate with no prior application or interview history with Tectonic Therapeutic in the last 12 months.
- Successful Hire: The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of continuous employment.
Payment Schedule
The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
- 50% of the bonus will be paid once the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
- 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate completes
