Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels)

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 3 months.

• Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must pass a 6-month performance review.

• UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must remain with the company for at least 6 months.
