   • Mid Level: $3,000
   • Senior Level: $5,000
   • Lead/Architect Level: $6,000

2. Product Managers

   • Associate PM: $2,000
   • PM: $3,500
   • Senior PM: $5,000
   • Lead/Principal PM: $6,000

3. Designers (UI/UX)

   • Junior Designer: $1,500
   • Mid-Level Designer: $2,500
   • Senior Designer: $4,000
   • Lead Designer: $5,000

Other Roles

1. Sales and Marketing

   • Entry Level: $1,000
   • Mid Level: $2,000

Terms and Conditions

• The referral bonus is payable after the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be paid through payroll.
• Only full-time positions qualify for referral bonuses
