Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Conditions: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 3 months with the company.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Conditions: Paid out in two installments; $2,000 after 3 months and $2,000 after 6 months of employment.

• Data Scientist

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Conditions: Paid in full after the referred candidate completes a 3-month probation period.

• UX/UI Designer

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Conditions: Paid out after the candidate successfully passes the initial 3-month evaluation.

Other Roles

• Sales Executive

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Conditions: Distributed as $1,500 after 3 months and $1,500 after 6 months of employment.

• Marketing Specialist

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Conditions: Full bonus awarded after the candidate completes 3 months with positive performance reviews.

• Customer Support Representative

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Conditions: Payable in two parts; $1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 6 months.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit the candidate's resume and
