How the Referral Program Works

1. Eligibility: All current Tapcart employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be submitted through the official Tapcart referral system.

2. Referral Submission: Employees must provide detailed information about the candidate, including a resume and a brief description of why they believe the candidate is a good fit for Tapcart.

3. Referral Evaluation: The referred candidate will undergo the standard Tapcart recruitment process. The referring employee will be kept informed about the progress of the candidate.

4. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment with Tapcart. The bonus is typically included in the next payroll cycle following the 90-day milestone.
