Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 12 months.

• UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
    • 50% after 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months.

Other Roles

• Operations, Sales, HR:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Timeline: Entire bonus paid after the new hire completes 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Talos Energy at the time of both installment payments.
