• Product Manager: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000
• Quality Assurance Analyst: $4,000

Other Roles

• Clinical Research Associate: $3,500
• Regulatory Affairs Specialist: $3,500

Eligibility Criteria

1. Employee Status: All current full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not already be in our database or have applied to Talis Biomedical in the last 12 months.

3. Successful Hire: A referral bonus is paid out only after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.

4. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the official Talis Biomedical referral platform to qualify for the bonus.

Payment Details

• Referral bonuses are paid out in the payroll cycle following the successful completion of the candidate's 90-day employment.
