Tech/Product Roles

Referring a candidate for a tech/product role not only strengthens our team but also rewards you for your effort. The referral bonus structure for these roles is designed to attract highly skilled professionals.

Estimated Bonus Structure

• Software Engineer: $2,500
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500
• UI/UX Designer: $2,000

Eligibility: To qualify for the bonus, the referred candidate must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 90 days.

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech/product roles, Talend also appreciates referrals for other positions across the company. The bonus for these roles varies based on the level of the position.

Estimated Bonus Structure

• Sales Roles: $1,500
• Marketing Roles: $1,500
• Customer Support: $1,000
• HR and Administrative Roles: $1,000

Eligibility: Similar to tech/product roles, the referred candidate must be hired and remain employed for at least 90 days to qualify for the bonus.

How to Refer
