• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $3,000
• Clinical Specialists: $3,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current Tactile Medical employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after the candidate completes one year with the company.
• Referral Process: To be eligible for the bonus, employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal prior to the candidate applying for the position.
