Syros Pharmaceuticals Referral Bonus Program

Syros Pharmaceuticals is committed to attracting top talent to drive innovation and success. To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive referral bonus program to incentivize our employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus structure, with a focus on tech and product roles, among others.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineer: $3,000
   • Product Manager: $3,500
   • Data Scientist: $3,500
   • UX/UI Designer: $3,000

2. Other Roles:

   • Research Scientist: $2,500
   • Clinical Trial Manager: $2,500
   • Marketing Specialist: $2,000
   • Sales Representative: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: All full-time employees of Syros Pharmaceuticals are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to Syros Pharmaceuticals in the past 12 months or have been previously employed by the company.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Guidelines

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral system or by emailing the recruitment team with the candidate’s resume and relevant details.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. The more successful referrals, the more bonuses an employee can earn.
• Employees must be actively employed at the time of the referral bonus
