  • Estimated Hiring Needs: Approximately 50 positions annually

• Tier 2 (Mid-Level Positions):

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligible Positions: Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Analyst

• Tier 3 (Senior-Level Positions):

Referral Process
