Synaptics encourages employees to refer qualified candidates to help build a strong and innovative team. The referral bonus is structured to reward employees who successfully refer candidates that are hired and complete a specified tenure.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referring Employee: Must be an active employee at the time of the referred candidate's hiring and bonus payout.
• Referred Candidate: Must not be a current or recent (within the past 12 months) applicant or employee of Synaptics.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:
   • Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager: Up to $5,000
     • Breakdown:
       • $2,500 upon the candidate's successful completion of 3 months.
       • Remaining $2,500 after 6 months of employment.
2. Engineering Roles:
   • Hardware Engineer, Systems Architect: Up to $4,000
     • Breakdown:
       • $2,000 after 3 months.
       • Remaining $2,000 after 6 months.
3. Other Positions:
   • Sales, Marketing, Operations: Up to $3,000
     • Breakdown:
       • $1,500 after 3 months.
       • Remaining $1,500 after 6 months.

Payment Process

• Referral bonuses are processed through payroll and are subject to applicable taxes.
