Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

• Data Scientist

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

• UX/UI Designer

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

Other Roles

• Sales Executive

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

• Operations Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility for Referring Employees:
   • All full-time employees of Symbotic are eligible to participate.
   • HR staff, hiring managers, and directors are not eligible to receive a referral bonus for candidates they are directly involved in hiring.
