At Styra, we value the power of our network, especially when it comes to sourcing top talent for our team. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details and estimates for our referral bonuses:

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles:

• Sales Manager: $3,500
• Customer Success Manager: $3,000
• Human Resources Specialist: $2,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Who Can Refer?

   • All current full-time employees of Styra are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Who Can Be Referred?

   • Referrals must be for open, full-time positions at Styra.
   • The referred candidate should not have applied to Styra within the last 12 months.

3. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal.
   • Ensure that the candidate's resume and contact information are included.

4. Payout Conditions:

   • The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 3 months.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 6 months.
   • The referring employee must be employed at Styra at the time of payout to receive the bonus.
