Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility:

• Referrers: All current employees of Structure Therapeutics are eligible to participate, except those directly involved in the hiring process (e.g., HR personnel, hiring managers for the specific role).
• Referred Candidates: Must be new to Structure Therapeutics (not previously applied within the last 12 months).

Bonus Structure for Tech/Product Roles:

1. Software Engineer:
   • Junior Level: $2,000
   • Mid-Level: $3,500
   • Senior Level: $5,000
2. Product Manager:
   • Entry Level: $2,500
   • Mid-Level: $4,000
   • Senior Level: $6,000
3. Data Scientist:
   • Junior Level: $2,500
   • Mid-Level: $4,000
   • Senior Level: $5,500

Bonus Structure for Other Roles:

1. Marketing Specialist:
   • Entry Level: $1,500
   • Experience Level: $3,000
2. Operations Manager:
   • Entry Level: $2,000
   • Experienced Level: $4,000

Payment Terms:

• Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate
