As part of our commitment to attracting top-tier talent, we have implemented a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates for open positions, particularly focusing on tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to incentivize employees for their active participation in the hiring process. Below are the details of the bonus amounts for different categories of roles:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UI/UX Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Customer Success Manager: $3,000
• HR Manager: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible Referrers: All full-time and part-time employees of Strider Technologies are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Eligible Candidates:

   • Candidates must not have applied to any Strider Technologies position in the last 12 months.
   • Candidates should not have been referred by another source.

3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and must complete a 90-day probationary period for the referral bonus to be processed.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus will be paid out in the payroll following the completion of the referred employee's 90-day probationary period.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reflected in the referring employee's paycheck.
