Stride (K12 Education) Referral Bonus Program

At Stride, we recognize the value of having great talent onboard, especially in roles that drive our technological and product innovations. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to bring in top-tier candidates who can contribute to our mission of transforming K-12 education through technology.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,000
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $2,000
• Operations Managers: $2,000
• Sales Executives: $1,500
• Administrative Staff: $1,000

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All active full-time employees of Stride are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved with the recruitment of the referred candidate.

2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal. Ensure that the candidate is aware of and consents to the referral.

3. Candidate Requirements: Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for the position they are being referred to and must go through the standard recruitment process.

4. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
   • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Additional Notes

• Multiple Referrals: If the same candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who first submitted the referral.
• Position Availability: Referral bonuses are only applicable to open and published positions at the time of referral
