• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

While the focus is on tech and product positions, we also provide referral bonuses for other critical roles within the company:

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All current employees of Streamline Health Solutions are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.

2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit their referrals through the official referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.

3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • First Installment (50%): Paid when the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
