  • Estimate: Based on market demand and hiring needs, we estimate 10 successful referrals per year for this role, leading to a total of PHP 200,000 in referral bonuses.

• Senior Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: PHP 30,000
  • Estimate: With fewer positions and higher standards, we anticipate 5 successful referrals per year, totaling PHP 150,000 in bonuses.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: PHP 25,000
  • Estimate: Given the strategic importance of this role, we expect 4 successful referrals annually, resulting in PHP 100,000 in bonuses.

• UX/UI Designer

  • Bonus Amount: PHP 20,000
  • Estimate: We project 6 successful referrals per year, amounting to PHP 120,000 in referral bonuses.
