Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineers, Developers, and Architects:
    • Referral Bonus: $3,000
    • Estimated Payout: Typically within 90 days of the new hire’s start date, contingent upon the completion of the probationary period (usually 3 months).
  • Product Managers and Analysts:
    • Referral Bonus: $2,500
    • Estimated Payout: Same conditions as above.

• Other Roles:

  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Referral Bonus: $2,000
    • Estimated Payout: Follows the standard payout timeline.
  • Administrative and Support Staff:
    • Referral Bonus: $1,500
    • Estimated Payout: Follows the standard payout timeline.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility:

  • Must be a current employee of Stibo Systems at the time of referral and payout.
  • Employees in HR or recruiting roles may not be eligible for bonuses for referring candidates.

• Candidate Eligibility:

  • Must be successfully hired and complete the probationary period.
  • Cannot be a former employee who left the company within the last 12 months.
  • Must not have been previously referred or already in the recruitment process.

Process

1. Submission: Referrals should be submitted through the internal referral portal or via email to the HR department using the official referral form.
2. Tracking: Referrals will be tracked by HR, and updates will be provided to the referrer regarding the candidate's status.
3. Payout: Bonuses are processed through payroll and are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
