Program Overview
The Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within Stewart Title. When an employee refers a candidate who is successfully hired and completes a predefined period of employment, the referring employee is eligible to receive a monetary bonus.
Eligibility
- Who Can Refer: All full-time employees of Stewart Title are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, such as HR personnel and hiring managers.
- Who Can Be Referred: Referrals must be external candidates who are not already in Stewart Title’s applicant database.
Referral Bonus Structure
The referral bonuses are categorized based on the type of role being filled. Below is the estimated bonus structure, focusing primarily on tech/product roles, with additional information for other categories:

- Software Engineer: $3,000

- Data Scientist: $3,000

Payment Terms
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
