Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, including estimates and guidelines.

Eligibility

• All current Sterling Construction employees are eligible to participate.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period (typically 90 days).
• Referrals must be submitted through the company's referral portal or communicated directly to the HR department.

Bonus Structure

Sterling Construction offers competitive referral bonuses for successful hires. The bonus amounts vary depending on the role and level of the position:

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500

Other Roles

• Project Manager: $2,000
• Accountant: $1,500
• Marketing Specialist: $1,000

Payment Details

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their probationary period.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
• Bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and deductions.

Guidelines

• Employees must ensure that their referral submissions include the candidate's resume and a brief rationale for the referral.
• Multiple employees referring the same candidate will result in the bonus being awarded to the first submission received.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
