• Software Engineers (Levels I-III): Referral bonus of up to $5,000.
• Product Managers: Referral bonus of up to $5,000.
• Data Scientists/Analysts: Referral bonus of up to $4,000.
• UX/UI Designers: Referral bonus of up to $3,500.

Other Roles

While tech and product roles have the highest referral bonuses, Stericycle also offers bonuses for other positions within the company:

• Operations Managers: Referral bonus of up to $3,000.
