Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

The demand for skilled professionals in tech and product roles is high, and referrals in these areas are particularly valuable. As such, our bonus structure for these roles is as follows:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Key Roles

While tech and product roles are critical, we also offer competitive bonuses for other positions within the company:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: All current employees of StepStone Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for managers or hiring personnel directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred role.

2. Referral Eligibility: The referred candidate must:

   • Not be a current or past employee of StepStone Group.
   • Successfully complete the hiring process and remain employed with the company for at least 90 days.

Payment Process

• Timing: The referral bonus will be paid in the pay cycle following the completion of the 90-day employment period.
• Tax Implications: All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through payroll.
