Referral Bonus Structure

• Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000 per successful referral.
• Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully pass the probationary period, typically 90 days.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the candidate completes 30 days of employment.
