Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
• UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Specialists:
  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

• Administrative, Support Staff:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility:
  • All Steel Connect employees, except those in HR or directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate, are eligible to participate.
• Referral Process:
  1. Submit Referral: Employees must submit the candidate's resume through the official referral portal before the candidate applies for the position. 2
