Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are critical to our company's innovation and growth, we offer a competitive referral bonus. The specific bonus amounts are structured as follows:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,500
• Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
• Lead/Managerial Positions: $7,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also value referrals for positions in other departments. The referral bonus for these roles is:

• Entry-Level and Mid-Level Positions: $1,000
• Senior-Level and Managerial Positions: $2,500

Program Details

1. Eligibility: All employees, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

2. Payment Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
   • 50% after the candidate completes their first six months.

3. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our official referral portal, where you'll need to provide the candidate's resume and any additional relevant information.

4. Candidate Eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must not have applied to Standex within the past 12 months and must not have been previously employed by the company.
