- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

- Bonus Amount: $4,000
- Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month, remaining 50% after six months of employment.
Other Roles

Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer Eligibility: All current employees of Standard Biotools, with the exception of those involved in the recruitment process for the referred candidate.
