Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

• Administrative and Support Staff:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: All current employees of Standard Biotools, with the exception of those involved in the recruitment process for the referred candidate.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be external hires and not previously engaged with Standard Biotools in any capacity within the last 12 months.
