Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company. These roles are essential to maintaining our operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All Stag Industrial employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must not have applied to Stag Industrial within the past 12 months.

• Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  1. 50% upon the new hire's completion of their first 90 days.
  2. The remaining 50% after the new hire's successful completion of 6 months with Stag Industrial.
