St. Mary's Home for Boys is excited to announce our Referral Bonus Program, designed to attract top talent to our organization. We are particularly focused on filling tech and product roles, though referrals for other positions are welcome as well. Below, you'll find detailed information about the program, including the bonus structure and eligibility criteria.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $2,000
• UX/UI Designer: $1,500
• DevOps Engineer: $2,000

Other Roles

• Educator: $1,000
• Counselor: $1,200
• Support Staff: $800

Eligibility Criteria

1. Who Can Refer?

   • All current employees of St. Mary's Home for Boys are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Eligible Candidates

   • Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
   • Candidates should not have applied to St. Mary's Home for Boys within the past 12 months.

3. Referral Process

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the company intranet.
   • The referrer should provide the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation.

4. Bonus Payment

   • Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
     • 50% after the candidate's successful completion of their first 6 months.

5. Limitations

   • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
   • In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer.
