Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels):

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Criteria: Referral must successfully pass the probation period of 90 days.

• Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Criteria: Referral must successfully pass the probation period of 90 days.

• Data Scientists/Analysts:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Criteria: Referral must successfully pass the probation period of 90 days.

• UX/UI Designers:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Criteria: Referral must successfully pass the probation period of 90 days.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Criteria: Referral must successfully pass the probation period of 90 days.

• Human Resources:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Criteria: Referral must successfully pass the probation period of 90 days.

• Administrative Roles:

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current SPX Corporation employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for managers and directors responsible for hiring decisions in the relevant departments.
