Referral Bonus Overview

The referral bonus program rewards employees who successfully refer candidates who are hired and remain with the company for a specified period. The program covers various roles, with a focus on tech and product positions due to the high demand for skilled professionals in these areas.

Eligibility

• Current Employees: All full-time employees of SPS Commerce are eligible to participate.
• Referred Candidates: Candidates must not be currently employed by or have been interviewed by SPS Commerce within the last 12 months.

Tech and Product Roles

Tech and product roles are critical to our operations, and thus, we offer a higher referral bonus for these positions. Below are the estimated referral bonuses for these roles:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UI/UX Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

While the focus is on tech and product roles, referrals for other positions are also appreciated and rewarded:

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000

Payment Structure

The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:

1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
