Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, UX/UI Designer:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in the first payroll following the candidate's 90th day.

Other Roles

• Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Similar to tech/product roles, the bonus is paid out in the first payroll following the candidate's 90th day.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility to Refer:

   • All current employees of Spring Health are eligible to participate, excluding hiring managers and anyone involved in the hiring decision for the referred candidate.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • The referred candidate must not have applied or interviewed for any Spring Health position in the past 12 months.
   • The candidate should be aware of and consent to the referral process.

3. Submission Process:

   • Referrals should be submitted through the official referral portal or via email to the HR department, clearly indicating the role the candidate is being referred for.

4. Referral Evaluation:

   • The referred candidate will go through the standard recruitment process.
   • If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as recorded in the system.

5. **
