Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Eligible Referrers: All current Spok Holdings employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred candidate.
• Eligible Referees: Candidates who are not already in Spok Holdings' database and have not applied within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

Technology and Product Roles

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Product Analyst):
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Paid in two installments: $1,000 after the new hire completes three months and $1,000 after six months.
• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):
  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Paid in two installments: $2,000 after the new hire completes three months and $2,000 after six months.
• Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Lead Product Manager):
  • Referral Bonus: $6,000
  • Paid in two installments: $3,000 after the new hire completes three months and $3,000 after six months.

• General Positions:
