- Eligible Referees: Candidates who are not already in Spok Holdings' database and have not applied within the last 12 months.

Technology and Product Roles
- Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Product Analyst):
- Referral Bonus: $2,000
- Paid in two installments: $1,000 after the new hire completes three months and $1,000 after six months.
- Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):
