Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the new hire completes three months.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes six months.

Additional Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the new hire completes three months.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes six months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must not have applied to Spire Energy within the past 12 months.
• The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies or interviews for a position.
• Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed by Spire Energy at the time of bonus payout.
